co-operative bank laws

Hi,

If someone can help me on the below

If you owe money to a co-operative bank, and an order has been passed by the co-operative court in the banks favour stating that they can recover the principal amount due, with interest.

1) Can the co-operative bank attach a property which is partly owned by the wife, who was not a party to / or in anyway involved during the dealing with co-operative bank and the property is curently mortgaged with another bank, from whom there is a h housing loan.

2) Can the Co. Bank seal the said property, auction it and also the fixed and moveable assets if any.
